1. Learned Advocate General says that Ms. Anita Jha Commission has given its report and that has been accepted by the State Cabinet. An Action Taken Report is to be considered by the State Legislature in the next Session of the Assembly.
2. So far as the report from the Forensic Science Laboratory is concerned, it is stated that the report has been received and supplementary charge-sheet has been filed.
3. With regard to the absconding persons, steps to attach their properties will also be taken.
4. List the matter on 29th January, 2016.
5. Liberty to file additional documents by learned counsel for the petitioner granted.
