1. This matter along with the connected matters were heard in part on 28.1.2016. Thereafter, on 2.02.2016, these matters were directed to be listed on 17.03.2016 for further hearing. However, for further hearing the Bench could not be constituted because of change of Roster in the meanwhile.
2. An application is filed by the petitioners/applicants on 10.03.2016 seeking for direction to stay the proceedings before the Competent Authority urging certain facts, which came up for consideration today.
3. We have heard Mr. Amar Dave, learned counsel for the petitioners/applicants and Dr. Abhishek Manu Singhvi, learned senior for the respondent.
4. Since the matter is heard in-part, it would be just and proper for this Court to stay the further proceedings of the Competent Authority insofar as the petitioners herein are concerned. We order accordingly.
5. Further, we direct the Registry to place the matter(s) before the Hon’ble Chief Justice for constituting the Bench for hearing the batch of matters on 6th and 7th April, 2016.
6. All the pending applications will also be heard along with the main matters on the next date of hearing.
