1. Pursuant to the office report dated 5.12.2015, it appears that in terms of order of this Court dated 14.9.2015, the petitioner had deposited an amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) towards litigation expenses of the respondent with the Registry of this Court.
2. Now the respondents have entered appearance and they pray that they may be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the petitioner.
3. In the circumstances, the Registry is directed to release the amount in favour of the respondents.
4. Office report is ordered accordingly.
